1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Email address, if you join our list.
• Order details: name, shipping address, email, size and order history, when you reserve a unit.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, not your card number.
• Referral code: if you arrive through a link containing a referral code, that code is stored in your browser for up to 30 days and attached to your order, so we can credit the person who referred you.

3. How we use it

• To process, make and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
• To send the field-test data and edition updates you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), MyASP (email delivery), and DHL (shipping). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. List subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@aegistokyo.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
